The Beginning

Free Geek was founded in the year 2000 in Portland Oregon. Since then, other Free Geeks and Free Geek affiliates have been started in other cities in the United States and Canada.

So far, in Canada, Free Geek exists in Vancouver. Start-ups are contemplated elsewhere in the country.
